MBA International Hospitality & Luxury Brands Management

The M2/MBA is a degree in International Business Management specialized in International Hospitality, Tourism and Luxury Brands.

One year program (post Bac+4/5) (equivalent to 4 to 5 years post secondary)

Graduates have access to high potential posts. They are immediately operational thanks to the advanced training provided, which is always in tuned with the latest professional trends. Graduates are recruited at a managerial level in companies in diverse sectors in France, the European Union and abroad.

Professional certification: The title of "Director of luxury establishment in the Hospitality industry" certified Level I (Bac+5) Registered in RNCP.

The students will choose one MAJOR specialised track out of 6 and select 2 to 3 MINOR specialized tracks out of 18, according to their professional project.

The consultancy project is the keystone of the e-MBA program. It is an opportunity for the e-MBA students to apply their knowledge and skills in a real and practical setting.

The students are assisted by a project manager, a real mentor who will supervise and lead the work and research. S/he will give relevant advice and ensure that academic requirements are met.

With the globalization of luxury customer and implementation of the new hotel standards, including the creation of the "Palace" classification, a new way of understanding service business has emerged and the rules of savoir-être and best practices have taken a new dimension. International Development-GLOBAL TOUR seminars of IEMI-CMH are designed for MBA students in International Hospitality and Luxury Brands Management that allow total immersion in the world's key economic cities for a week: Moscow, Beijing, Shanghai, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, New Delhi, Mumbai and Chicago.

IEMI-CMH MBA in International Hospitality & Luxury Brands Management students therefore have the opportunity to participate in these study tours in partnership with universities.

It is a highlight of the MBA program to establish a true spirit of promotion. The program combines visits to companies, meeting with local students, collaborative study projects "Entrepreneurship Workshops" and cultural visits. The MBA / Executive MBA is designed for graduates of Bac + 4 / 5, Master 1 or 2, or holders of a DEA, DESS, Masters, Bachelors or the equivalent foreign degree and managers according to the validation of professional and experienced managers.

Prerequisites Management course:

Students who did not receive training in management, may be offered a full or partial pre-requisite courses in: Management, marketing, accounting, economics, Management Information Systems.

Several types of financial aids are available to finance your studies:

CIF (Individual Training Leave)

This allows you to follow a one year full-time training, or 1200 hours/part-time, and to reintegrate your employment or equivalent by the end of the training. The funding agency supports 80% to 90% of the wages (up to 100 % if this least is twice lower than the minimum wage).
Training, transport and housing costs may also be totally or partially refunded. The employer may decide to fund (or not) and pay for the remaining costs.

The company’s Training Plan

All employees, regardless of the nature of their employment, may receive a training plan.

Periods of professionalization

This kind of financial aid aims to obtain a certification, degree, title, profesionalizing training or a recognized qualification in your professional sector. The duration is variable. It is possible to include additional hours of DIF. It is based on released classes with theories as part of the training and practice in your company. It may take place during working hours, or outside working time (during compensatory time, called RTT in France for example) within a maximum of 80 hours per year. The hours of the training conducted outside work, are paid by the employer up to 50% of the net earnings. During working hours, wages should normally be paid.
